Using computer technology and the lab environment, I analyzed 2 cDNA strands from Landolina punctata to see the DNA phenotypic and genetic data to help determine its effectiveness when used as a crop or biofuel.

The results of the analysis were eventually published to the NCBI public DNA database to showcase the data of the strand I had studied and compare it with other strands of Landolina punctata. Done through the Rutgers vWise program with links to publications below.
